Your account security is something rich1988 takes extremely seriously. We understand that online gaming accounts hold sensitive personal and financial information — and we make no compromises on this.
Every login session at rich1988 is protected by multiple layers of security designed to block any unauthorised access attempt. From 256-bit SSL encryption safeguarding all transmitted data to a real-time suspicious activity detection system operating around the clock — you can log in with peace of mind knowing your account is fully protected.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) at rich1988 sends an OTP to your registered phone number whenever a login attempt is made from a new device or unrecognized location. This means that even if someone knows your password, they cannot access your account without your phone.
We also maintain a full log of all login activity — date, time, IP address, and device type — so you can review your account access history at any time and report any suspicious activity directly to our support team.
256-bit SSL Encryption
All data you submit during login — including your password — is encrypted using the same 256-bit SSL standard adopted by Malaysia's leading banks. No one can intercept or read that data in transit to our servers.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
An additional security layer that requires an OTP from your phone each time you log in from a new device. Enable 2FA in your account settings for maximum protection.
AI Suspicious Activity Detector
Our AI system monitors every login attempt and compares it against your usual patterns. Any unusual attempt is blocked immediately and you will be notified.
Full Account Activity Log
View your full login history including time, device, and location — directly from your account security page. Report any unrecognised activity to our support team immediately.
Auto Logout Protection
Your account will be automatically logged out after a set period of inactivity, ensuring no one can access your account if you forget to log out from a shared device.
