1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rich1988 platform — including the website, mobile app, and any related services — you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

Acceptance of these terms also encompasses the rich1988 Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and us. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these terms and conditions shall serve as the primary reference.

Rich1988 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, for significant changes affecting user rights, we will notify users through the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the rich1988 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Act as an individual in a personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any other party.
• Not appearing on any gambling platform's self-exclusion list or having been directed by authorities not to participate in gambling activities.
• Not residing in any region or country where the use of platforms such as rich1988 is prohibited by local law.
• Act using your own real identity, not the identity of another person.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to maintain one active account at rich1988. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysia mobile number, and a valid email address. The information provided must match your official identification documents.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory for all rich1988 members before any withdrawal is processed. You are required to upload a copy of your MyKad or passport, along with a selfie for facial verification. This process is typically completed within 10 to 30 minutes.

4 Deposits & Payments

Rich1988 accepts deposits via a range of recognised payment methods in Malaysia, including online banking transfers (FPX), digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting as low as RM10. All deposits are processed in real time and funds will be credited to your rich1988 account within seconds of receiving transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Rich1988 does not accept deposits from third parties or joint accounts.
• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
• Rich1988 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the rich1988 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited under any circumstances, and any such attempt will result in the account being suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Online banking: 15 minutes to 2 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts.
• Digital wallets: Usually less than 30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (exceeding RM10,000): May require an additional security review of up to 24 hours.

9 Account Security

Rich1988 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and multiple layers of security to protect your account. However, you also play an important role in safeguarding your own account. Some recommended steps:

10 Liability Limits

• Any financial losses incurred by the user as a result of their own betting decisions.

Rich1988's maximum liability to any user in any case shall not exceed the total actual deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

11 Account Closure

Rich1988 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Account closure request submitted by the user through customer support channels.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. For closures requested by the user or due to technical reasons, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

12 Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which rich1988 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the extent it can be enforced, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The official version of this terms and conditions document is in Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any discrepancy between the Bahasa Melayu version and any translation in another language, the Bahasa Melayu version shall serve as the definitive reference.
